We had to call an ambulance a few years back for a family member the staff were wonderful I know it probably doesn’t seam like it but we appreciate all that you do. I would have been dead 3 times without the NHS and ambulance service. So enjoy your Christmas evening and thank you once again.

I’ve been a police radio dispatcher for two different forces over the years and Christmas day can be a bit odd to say the least, especially once they’ve all had their dinner and family tensions reach boiling point. These days I’m a security manager for a logistics firm and work alone all over Christmas and New Year. It’s great, peaceful and double time, just what the little baby Jesus would have wanted
