Hei! I’ve had the pleasure of spending my first Christmas outside of Australia in this beautiful country and I just wanted to share some of the food we had to celebrate. The Karelian pasties were particularly fun to make and tasted delicious. I also really enjoyed the Leipäjuusto! Is it better to serve it cold or warm? A common dessert to have after Christmas lunch in Aus is a meringue-based dessert called Pavlova, and the inclusion of lingonberry jam worked well. Tasted like home. How do you think I went?
