  1. Someone got confused. It’s Christmas. Not Snitchmas.

    Merry Christmas!

  2. Hate seeing perfectly normal liberals resorting to republicons tactics

  3. A false report is not swatting. SWAT team showed up? That’s swatting. Calling her security team and not sending anyone, but calling it swatting, anyway, is just publicity.

  4. Hateful person attracts hateful attention. Color me surprised.

  5. Did we get the perp? Grey hoddie, and sweats, odd walk.

  6. Isn’t swatting what her boys on 4chan do all the time? She should be happy to be swatted, no?

  7. 100% police were called to house due to a domestic and she is getting out in front of it

Edit: I am wrong, law enforcement never actually showed at this troll’s cave because it was clear to everyone that nobody was ever in any real danger.

  8. if they keep goin into her house they must suspect something real is going on in there

my money is on a low grade meth lab in her basement

  9. “Breaking: While Colorado’s Supreme Court Justices receive extra security due to credible threats of violence from right-wing extremists; right-wing extremist MTG is upset that she is not in any danger”

  10. That is a very, *very* ignorant headline. A swatting is named such because it involves a SWAT team breaking down your door and shoving guns in your face. MTG was not swatted, someone called in a false report and the police called her to confirm it. When she confirmed that there was no incident, that was the end of the story. There was no SWAT team involved. *She was not swatted.*

  11. She doesn’t need to be swatted, she needs to be visited by 3 ghosts

  12. Rome, NY seems like a place a congressional staffer or intern would go to visit their parents on Christmas.

What if convinced someone from her office to do it? What if an intern was so tired of being abused they thought this would be a modicum of payback? What if she got a burner phone and made the false report herself?

I‘m not making accusations, I‘m just asking questions.

  13. “Officers said they ultimately did not respond in person after contacting the Georgia Republican’s local security liaison and determining it was a hoax.”

    Right under the misleading headline.

  14. Deserved but she wasn’t swatted. They know her house. They call and that’s it.

  15. So not swatted. Just another hassle that she needs to blow up to be relevant.

  16. >Major Rodney Bailey of the police department in Rome, Georgia, said that a person based in Rome, New York made a call

Seems kind of weird. How does it play a role that both cities are named Rome?

  17. Swatting is stupid and dangerous…yet I cannot seem to be able to muster any sympathy here. 🤔

  18. Calling in a false report to harass someone is dickish, even if the victim is ignorant scum.

  19. ‘The call is coming from *inside* the house’ will likely be the ultimate truth.

  20. i mean that’s just rude.

swatting? at least be a man and do something yourself. this generation is so weak

  21. She did it herself because having a gun pointed at her is the only way she can get off

  22. I’m sure the swatters will be tracked down and identified and get much harsher sentences than the capital insurrectionists.

  23. She has been swatting the American public for years now.

  24. “Swatted”. Pfffft.

They didn’t even show up at her door.

Call me when they actually break down her door, guns pointing and screaming w/o confirming anything, then I might be interested.

  25. More right wing lies. She wasn’t swatted. Swat team was never sent, hell police were never sent.
