  22. A former federal judge isn’t the one deciding this. The constitution is clear, just as a person who isn’t at least 35 and a natural born citizen can’t hold the office, so too can’t a person who has engaged in, supported or given aid and comfort to an insurrection.

    The only question is will the highly partisan Supreme Court uphold the constitution or will they be beholded to their political leanings.
