I honestly thank whatever deity that came up with the idea of the Elizabeth line. It makes my commute so much better and faster.
I’d normally have to use the Jubilee and Circle lines, but the Elizabeth trains (assuming because they’re more modern/newer) are so much cleaner and nicer. As are the people I’ve found (otherwise normally there would always be some issue/ruckus on the Jubilee/Circle). Plus I’m door to door in my commute from Zone 3/4 to Zone 1 within ~15 minutes. Just wish the line was more consistent on some days, but I’m guessing that’s teething problems.
We should really have more projects like this all over London though, as it really makes a positive difference to living in this city.
I feel the majority of its issues with cancellations and delays are due to the sharing of parts of the tracks with normal shit show train lines no?
