Probably commitment to have the highest standards of facilities (training / stadium / recovery), coaches, back room staff, youth program etc.
What do players want? More money. Easy
This lot? More money, less responsibility / ownership over performances, the ability to sack a manager every two years, PlayStation network membership, get out of jail free cards, lawyers
1 thing and 1 thing only. As much money as possible. And that goes doubly for foreign players….
