Hey
I got this grill as a gift and already have some ideas, but I don’t know the names of different meat cuts in German that could be great to cook with this.
Also, on the boiling pot, what kind of cheese would you recommend to put and boil there?
Finally, what oil would be best for burning point that I could buy at Rewe?
Any ideas will be great! Want to make a cool dinner to celebrate with friends. Thanks

ch….cheese? boiling? you want to boil cheese?
im not sure you have understood this thing correctly. its for either boiling oil or id rather recommend doing it with broth. and then you cook meats and veggies in there. NOT CHEESE. this is not a cheese fondue!!!!!

again, im not sure what you mean. you dont need oil. its non stick. of course you can still use oil but most things will not stick. if you still want to use oil (on the circly thing only!) just use the ordinary canola oil.
in the bottom pans you put potatoes and veggies or fruit (peaches i recommend) and put cheese on top.
on the frying platter you put meats and veggies.
in the pot you put broth and boil meats.
its combined fondue and raclette apparatus. but usually that is 2 different meals for most people.
and dont you f* dare put cheese in the pot!
I would use beef and/or lamb because they don’t need to be fully cooked. I’d avoid chicken and poultry for concerns about cross contamination. Bacon is awesome on the grill (especially will zucchini strips).
I’m pretty sure I’ve seen fondue meat platters at Rewe (it is easier, but also more expensive).
Boiled potatoes topped with cheese, bacon, and spring onions are great in the the raclette pans.
You can also make dessert in the raclette pans with apples, chocolate, and nuts.
Cheese is all you need
– Pizza dough for mini pizzas
– ham, salami, cuts of meat, sausages
– corn, peppers, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms
– CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESE
– EGGS
