  2. The fact that Moscow acknowledged the Ropucha class cargo ship contained Iranian drones is itself very interesting (Feodosia harbor in Southeast Crimea, being the location of the attack.)
    Why would a cargo ship be transporting Iranian drones (probably in kit form) to Russian occupied Crimea?
    The military cargo ship would not have been allowed to cross through the Bosporus, so the cargo originating in Iran, required a different route.
    It would make no logistical sense to offload the drone cargo from trains to a boat, then again from the boat back on to a train in Crimea. Much more likely the Ropucha Class Russian cargo boat loaded the drones directly from Iran in a Caspian port, traveled North to the Volga waterway to Volgograd, then made a left on the Volga-Don Canal, entering the Azov Sea past Rostov-on-Don.

    Especially when loaded with weapons
