So I plan on relocating to Luxembourg within the next few years and was curious if at all, if I would be able to import and register my 1987 Fc Rx-7. It is a tuner built car so the emissions have been removed. It has a single turbo that connects straight to the exhaust with a resonator and dual mufflers. The EGR has been deleted as well as the OMP. Runs on a Haltech standalone ecu and the engine is ported so the idle is raised to about 1,500 rpm. It has a Rotary engine and they are known to run a rich air to fuel mixture. In the U.S it is considered a classic import so most emission laws are not applicable to it. Any information you can give me if it will be allowed would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
