When will this song die
The song itself is fine on its own: catchy, fun, and a nice rendition of a Christmas classic. The problem is with how much it is overplayed from the day after thanksgiving until the new year. I don’t mind hearing it here or there but when it’s essentially on repeat for 2 months it gets old and annoying.
I’m so glad I didn’t hear it this year.
I don’t even like Christmas or pop music that much, but I have loved this song ever since it was released.
Impressive. People say the song is overplayed but the only time I hear it is during Christmas time. That’s one month out of 12. At that rate I’ll never get sick of hearing it.

Never was a Mariah’ Carey fan , Christmas or anything by her. They start playing Xmas songs every year on Halloween. Tree decorations go up in August. So many Xmas songs out there but yet all we hear is the same 200 songs.
I loathe this song ONLY because i’m tired of hearing it every time I set foot in a retail setting.
