27. Last I read, the Russians are claiming only a couple of people were hurt in this explosion and just a handful of buildings were damaged.

    If chunks of metal this size were crashing down in random places in Feodosia, then either virtually everyone in the town was extraordinarily lucky, or the Russians are lying through their teeth.
