Weird German (even for legal documents).
The emblem of the Bundesnachrichtendienst (which is the foreign intelligence agency and has nothing to do with Pfändungen)
The date in 2022 in the head of the letter.

The Logo says Bundesnachrichtdienst and the Header Bundesgerichtshof. Those are two different things. And Gerichtsvollzieher is also a different one. Googling the Name offers plenty of Scam confirmations.
Scam, because of the things the others already said.
And there is another mistake: 5 days prison x 94 Euro each day would make 470 Euro, not 38 000 €.
For all the other people that find this quite funny: the telephone number listed is actually the one for… the Federal Ministry of Justice. What a surprise. So we don’t just have courts and intelligence services, but also a ministry involved.
20354 is not an existing Zip Code (Postleitzahl).
Berlin begins always with a 1.
The bold printed, underlined part is worded in a way you would never see in this kind of document.
The Email isnt one either.
The fax number is great too.
In what form did they get it?
Mal abgesehen davon dass er sehr vermutlich nicht echt ist: verstehe ich das richtig dass ich statt 35k zu zahlen 5 Tage in den Knast und 94€ pro Tag zahlen kann? Ab rein da falls ja
