There is no “prophecy” about this. Trump has been clearly stating over and over again since his electoral loss that he would focus on revenge if he was re-elected.

For all the people saying “oh God the polls! Trump is going to become fascist dictator of America in 1 year! We’re all doomed!”, let me ask you, does Trump sound calm and confident about his chances? Of course he’ll claim he’s going to win by 1 billion percentage points and that everyone on Earth loves him but read between the lines, how hopeful does he actually sound?
To me, he seems panicked and like he’s been on the verge of a complete nervous breakdown all year. When you read his rambling, paranoid rants, do you get the sense that this man thinks all will be well in his world because he’s about to become President again?

I find it deplorable that the media refuses to call this what it is. The term “leaning” is categorically insufficient with what Trump is saying, has been saying and likely will continue to say. At this point anyone who supports the GOP and/or Trump are traitors to their country. That’s a fact. They supported using fake electors to strip 34.2 million Americans of their votes in an attempt to install Trump.

We have to vote for Joe Biden, whether you like the guy or not. He’s the only one standing in the way of authoritarian rule in America.
If you stay home or vote third party, you are supporting Donald Trump.

We need to bake it into the Constitution that whenever a President or candidate for President (or any public office for that matter) starts using this kind of language or starts showing autocratic tendencies, that should be an automatic disqualifier or removal from office.

My prediction for 2024: Trump loses by a wider margin than he did in 2020 and more of his base finally realizes how toxic he is.
