For now it will cause a disruption, but Ukraine also has to place irreplaceable anti air systems far closer too Russia exposing them to many more threats.

I think the real question would be can Ukraine Capitalize on it. At some point Russia will just make up for it by having more meat or dig in more fortifications.

Well, if you lose 5 planes in a week, you should be re-thinking your strategy. If Ukraine is doing this with just a few F 16s they have in the country…wait till they get all 60.
I would say Russia is probably having a mild panic attack at the moment.
