Hi everyone, a week ago I sent money to my family via Ria Money Transfer in Zürich. Today I got a call from a random number, which I didn’t answer but called back after 5 minutes. The man on the phone was not speaking swiss/german at all and it sounded like a scammer, so I told him “wrong number”, and dropped the call immediately.

A few minutes later I got an sms that says I won a 100 Swiss Francs “Versandgutschein”, which says I did an transaction in Basel, but I never went to Basel, only in Zürich! If I want more information I should call Boris Williams on a mobile phone number.

Anyone got an sms like this? When I click on the name “Ria Swiss”, there is no number.

How is this possible without seeing the number but only a name?
