The adoption of the EU’s 12th package of sanctions will make it more difficult for Russia to maintain its military ships. “Kolomensky Zavod”, a Russian joint-stock company that supplies diesel engines for warships to the Russian Defense Ministry, is now on the blacklist.

1. It takes quite a few years to build a ship. I don’t see how this is going to affect the day to day attacks from orcistan. If Taurus or other long range weapons were given this would be great news.    Those sanctions are nothing. Meanwhile in the last year there has been a slow decrease in delivery of anything to Ukraine and the silence in Europe about the war is starting to be clear now. Ukraine must prepare itself for 2024 and how the west is going to abandon them sadly.
