A relative has this in their house here in US. They’re a German family that immigrated sometime in the 1920s so the last date seems reasonable.
Does anyone know is what this is? What it might be worth? No one I. The family reads German anymore.

“Zur Erinnerung an die Erhebung der Nation am 10. März 2813, am Tage des 25.jährigen Regierungsjubiläums Kaiser Wilhems II, am 13. Juni 1913.”
“Unterrichtsanstalt des königlichen [hard to read, likely ‘Kunstgewerbemuseums’] zu Berlin.”
Basically, this was created on the later date (in 1913), either by or being gifted to the museum mentioned at the bottom, to remind people of the 10th of march 1813. This date falls into the range of the campaign against Napoleon, but as no mention is made of a specific battle, but rather of the nation rising up in abstract (note the mention of a German nation long before the accompanying nation state*), I believe the date means to refer to the founding of the original iron cross award, moreso as a standing for heroics in this campain in a wider sense than anything specific.
As for the money question, I doubt it’s worth much, if anything. But if you don’t want it anymore, might as well try reaching out to the museum.
Edit: * Felt I should explain this more. My point there is to note how interesting it is how later history coloured the perception of these then-already-past events. Because while the campaign against Napoleon ended up being a major factor in the spirit of the German nation becoming a thing, that was far from evident at the time, especially since for a lot of it Germans were killing Germans in Germany.
In rememberance of the uprising of the nation on March 10th 1813, on the day of the 25th anniversary of Wilhelm IInd’s ascension to the throne on June 15th 1913.

Can`t say if this has any monetary value, depending on its condition( is the whole pamphlet intact, or is it only the cover page) it could be of value to some museums?
Here`s the uprising mentioned in the pamphlet: [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_campaign_of_1813](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_campaign_of_1813)
