I have read that owning a firearm in Poland requires a license (and you need to prove to the legal authorities with proper reason why you need a fire arm), but I see that on the [militaria.pl](https://militaria.pl) they do not ask for any questions or verifications when you checkout from the online store? Can anyone explain

  1. They sell replicas, ASG and black powder guns – all legal.

  2. You can’t buy a real bullet gun from [militaria.pl](https://militaria.pl). You can buy a pneumatic or blackpowder gun which is legal in Poland without any license. If you want to buy a standard gun that shots normal bullets you need a license.

  3. Lol you can’t buy firearm on militaria.pl xD those are airsoft guns.

  4. Because they don’t sell guns that are regulated and require a license lol
