  16. My mother never came down to breakfast either. She always had hers on a tray in her room. Her mother did as well. I had breakfast downstairs with my father and took her mail to her and chatted while she was dressing.

  22. I think this info was true about 90’s. I don’t think the family will be this separate in a special morning like this by now

  26. In ALL aristocratic houses married ladies are served breakfast in their room while single ladies and the men serve themselves in the breakfast room.
