3. The fact that casual fans can’t/won’t read about the charges against either team is pretty telling about how much they hate us. Everton very publicly lost more money than they were allowed to, even given the allowances for the lost Covid season, and got penalized by the league who made it quite clear when FFP went into action that they would be very hard on teams that didn’t meet the threshold.

   The premier league claims that we weren’t honest with our finances because we refused to blindly hand over club documents for a number of seasons, which included paying Mancini under the table to avoid FFP violations (which is against the law and should involve a criminal investigation if that’s the case) and “other” things that they think we did. Two wildly different cases.
