  1. Public Service Announcement: Quincy Institute “analysis” is as good as propaganda directly from Kremlin. That’s just the sort of an outfit it is.

  2. Has it been written in Kremlin? These propaganda cliches are so explicit and biased (i.e. lame) they made feel sorry for the author.

  3. This might have worked in early 2015, but by now the horse is out of the barn, broke its leg, died and decomposed.

    There is zero chance that Washington can go back on years of rhetorical support for current Ukraine’s course, even if they wanted to. Events are moving on rails, deterministically to an inevitable conclusion.
