    Is there any systemic reason blocking a talented female from becoming a director or are you just posting statistics, assuming that “50%” should be the default everywhere?

  2. Why are they always implementing gender quotas in professions that are least affected by gender inequality. On building sites it is estimated that 99% of workers are men, so where are all the measures to achieve 50/50 gender parity on a construction site? Filmmaking business for upper class is nice and all, but women need to contribute to real sectors of economy, where common people actually work, like construction industry.
