The first image is AC Milan’s performance in 2013/14 first half under Max Allegri. The guy before & after proved it wasn’t about him, but compare this dismal record to the second image: *AC Milan under Clarence Seedorf,* on his first ever coaching job.

This experience was rewarded by:
– sacking him in the summer
– offering him no job again in Italy (unlike Filippo Inzaghi [10th with Milan next season] and Gattuso [almost a similar performance with Milan])
– pushing him into leaving the whole continent and later the whole job

  1. “Done” by who? There isn’t a great overmind controlling world football. And looking at his following managerial success, it seems that his Milan stint was the odd one out, instead of the norm in terms of performance.
