Did the wage increases match inflation?

A strong working class is a strong America. We love to see it
The headline says “blue collar” and then goes on to mention healthcare workers, culinary workers and writers. Meanwhile work in the actual trades is slower than it has been the last ten years while unions have accepted raises which haven’t made up for the massive inflation the last three years.
Wage increase didn’t keep up with real inflation (not the metric we have that leaves out certain key element).
I am yet to see the evidence otherwise.
