I understand the government is preoccupied with other things though. DO IT, the closer UKR gets to EU and western liberal values, the further UKR will be away from Russia and never go back. Unfortunately they can’t do changes to the constitution during the martial law. Hope it will be resolved in the next year. It will pretty much be legalised.
