    PS: There is a slim chance that this vid may actually help those guys: if the superiors of that blackmailing officer get wind of it. Not that they would have a problem with the blackmailing… it could just be that the blackmailing officer didn’t give them enough money or didn’t let them share at all. It might be that the higher echelons get sufficiently annoyed to send the blackmailing officer to a shturm unit. To set an example: if you are corrupt and blackmail your subordinates, let your superiors share in your profit.

See, here’s where he screwed up: he thought the army was signing a contract ***with*** him; the contract was actually ***on*** him. It’s a common mistake; one little word makes a huge difference.
