  1. Will they actually prosecute the habitual liars who made careers out of bluffing and lying and then maybe did it in court because it was so normal to them.

  2. Always find it bizarre that the UK seems to trivialise these kind of things in TV shows so quickly. As if making entertainment of serious issues is more important. Look at things like the Prince Andrew interview or the COVID dramas.

  3. I worked in a post office in the past briefly and the horizon system on the tills was extremely broken, glitchy and difficult to use. It looked like something that might belong in the 80s. Simple, routine tasks that take place daily such as transfer of money or withdrawing cash involved a massive combination of buttons and settings to go through and was not streamlined in the slightest. There were so many different things to set or parameters to select, and no user guide to help you step by step through processes. It was like some autistic code monkey designed it and then called it a day.

I got flagged by my boss because £200 worth of 2nd class stamps just went missing under my name. Absolutely no idea how or why. After a few days of bullying and threatening by the 2 branch managers over this, I walked out.

  4. Arguably the biggest miscarriage of justice in British legal history and so many people aren’t aware of it.
So anything that makes people aware is helpful.
Going forward it would be great if those on charge faced some real consequences for their actions, but unfortunately like Grenfell as well nothing will really happen.

  5. It would would great to bring the whole lot of the post office team and legal people to court to face the possibility of prison. Just like they did to the poor workers .

  6. They ( Post Office management ) should go to jail, utterly disgusting what happened.
