Hey everyone, just wanted to share something really meaningful for us here in Kosovo. It’s a big deal after waiting for so long. Starting today, we can finally travel freely in the Schengen area. No more waiting for months and spending a lot of money just to get a visa appointment, more than often only to get a rejection as a response.
Now our people, especially the younger generation, have a whole new world to explore. It’s a massive relief for businesses here too who are looking to expand and connect across Europe.
It’s not just about travel, but about being part of the bigger picture in Europe, for us it symbolizes a shift from being an outsider to being an active participant in the European community.
🇽🇰
Awesome for the kosovars
Congratulations!
Right, they then need to enforce the border with Albania, Macedonia and Serbia. Lets us then see how that goes /s
Welcome to the team!
Finally it has happened
Let the brain drain begin.
Is Spain applying this too?
what did kosovo accomplish that romania can’t?
Fun weeks ahead for the border guards.
I just hope that they are less stupid than Albanians and Georgians.
So in 10 years Serbs will be the majority again … /s
Congrats Kosovar peeps!
congrats Kosovo! I wish we Turks would get visa-free travel too, but it seems like it’s not possible for us. I am very happy for you guys that you can now travel without applying for a visa months before with tons of documents!
Welcome! 🙂
And now, it is time to allow also citizens of Russia and Belarus can travel visa-free to the Schengen-Zone.
