1. As of today (January 1, 2024), same-sex marriage is legal under Estonian law

   Estonia is the second Eastern European country where same-sex marriage is legal and the first post-soviet country to legalize it

   Estonia did it before:

   -Italy

   -Greece

   -Israel

   -Czech Republic

   -Croatia

   -Cyprus

   -Bulgaria
