  22. Fucking sick of western countries tying Ukraine’s hands and expecting them to win a perfect victory with no risk of economic blowback or escalation, while claiming to be with them to the bitter end.

    If we wanted Ukraine to win we’d be giving them everything they need, blockading Russia and hitting the countries trading with them with secondary sanctions.

    It’s akin to Chamberlain and Daladier’s phoney war.

  24. I know everyone here wants to bash the oil companies, but no one is even considering the other side of the arguement. If oil shipments are interrupted, oil prices sky rocket. Russia gets even more money for its war, while western citizens pay more, and Ukraine will lose more support. This could be strategy rather than greed.its at least something to consider.
