I just had to post this in-your-face somewhere since I have been predicting to my Republican boss for a couple of years that we will have a soft landing, no recession. I see it has not been posted anywhere else on Reddit. Given this result, I would say that if you really want to make America great again, don’t go with the guy who wasted America’s time for four years and wants to dump the Constitution.
Biden and Jerome Powell, along with Powell’s predecessor, Janet Yellen, indeed deserve huge credit for following the facts. Much like a competent commercial airline pilot follows the data to stick a landing, so have that trio. And their colleagues deserve credit too.
Willful pessimism won’t bring the bad administration back.
