first time in Helsinki and Lapland. Question about proper clothing and itinerary

I’m from a tropical country and have barely experienced any snow. I’m planning a 8-days trip to Helsinki and Lapland around mid March. I don’t have any proper winter clothes as I don’t need them where I live. After researching online for a few days, this is what I’ve decided to go with. Day 8: Helsinki

Do you think this is doable? Also do you have any suggestions for activities in helsinki around mid-march?
