  1. If it’s what you say, I love it, especially later in the summer.

  2. >if you don’t punish that dramatic wrongdoing, then you’re giving the next aspiring dictator a green light to do it all over again.”

    Somebody gets it.

  3. Random guy on the street had an opinion and that’s all the news we have.

  4. Probably due to the overwhelmingly high amount of criminal evidence

  5. I mean the only part that makes it a question is the fact he has so much power. He blatantly did the crimes and there is a mountain of evidence.

  6. Do it already, America and real Americans don’t fear his cult. Let them do their worst.

  7. Heard that before yet again, now stop the BS “chance” words and tell us when.

  8. 2 scenarios: he will delay and if elected shut down the doj cases. Alternatively he will pardon himself.

But it all hinges on him winning. If he loses, he will unleash a civil war. Fuck him.

  9. That’s what they have been saying forever. We’ll see.

  10. If you leave Trump”s world of magical thinking, they definitely are. Objectively his legal motions are weak-to-frivilous, the evidence is strong, the judge and jury aren’t going to cut him any undeserved breaks, and the appellate court is unsympathetic.

One wouldn’t ordinarily try this case. Do the legal motions, sure, but when that doesn’t work…

Predetermined narrative a.k.a. main character syndrome is a very dangerous mindset to have.

  11. The extremely high number of Republican witnesses is a pretty good point. It’s going to be a lot of household names with quotes all over the news, and none of them are Democrats.

  12. “Mr Kirschner, who once worked under Trump-era special prosecutor Robert Mueller, has previously argued that Mr Trump’s handling of the Covid-19 pandemic amounted to manslaughter or even murder.”

    Wat

  13. “Ex prosecutor “. Glenn kirschner. Enough said. There’s a reason they don’t say his name in the title. Because no one would read it.

  14. As someone who works in criminal court, it’s much harder to find a prosecutor that thinks he won’t get convicted than a prosecutor that thinks he will.

  15. Can we ban stories that are just “random sob says something,” it is getting so old.

  16. I wish I could fast forward to see the ending of this shit show. Him in jail and every other person pretending they never backed him.

  17. And several Mediums say that ghosts are real, but I’ll believe it when I see one. Until then, I’m going to assume the blood running from my walls is probably rust from a leaky pipe.
