I have booked a ticket on [bahn.de](https://bahn.de) as a guest i.e, not from my personal account. That train got cancelled and I want to claim the reimbursement. Since the ticket wasn’t bought from my customer account, I cannot claim it online (apparently). I have sent a post while I was in Europe, but I don’t know its status; It’s been 20 days, I didn’t receive any confirmation of processing my case at all. I have tried using the contact forms, mails etc but to no avail. I am from Asia, so sending another post from here is out of question. It’s around 50 euros, kind of a big deal for me. What are my options? Is there a way to claim it online even though you have not booked your ticket from a customer account?
