It’s nuts to me that Chevy Chase could have redeemed his career if he wanted to by now, just buy bending and finding away to become a better person. Instead, what he has done is basically pointed his finger back at everybody else, and said “no you!”

Chase has a long and detailed history of being a total asshole to just about everyone he meets. He’s such a has been, but he never got the memo.
This is the most surprising thing I think I will read this year.
I’m not expecting much from this project. He recently had a Halloween movie with Dan Akroyd and that was a low effort film for both stars.
Souless cash grab. Chevy Chase is a bitter, grumpy old man, and I’m sure he will phone the performance in. His time has passed.
Now they’re making sequels of movies that weren’t good to begin with?
Saw him last year and he really didn’t seem to be in the best of health. He came across as a living ventriloquist doll with his wife having to prompt him

Oof bad days ahead for everyone that is working on that set. What are the odds of it completing filming or have to shut it down due to his behavior?

Crap guy, gets crap Christmas movie. I can’t believe someone would invest in this combination. Someone is looking for a write off.
I don’t care if Chevy Chase is an asshole or not. As long as I enjoy his movies, then what difference does it make to me? TBH, it is same thing with Kevin Spacey and a lot of the “cancelled” celebrities. I can appreciate their work without endorsing their personal behavior.
