12. I dislike Elon as much as the next guy, but everyone here is forgetting that Starlink may not be used for military purposes. If Ukraine is actively using Starlink as part of an attack, then Starlink would fall under US weapons export, and that’s an entirely different beast, and probably not something SpaceX is interested in.
