-Boil pig skin/fat on water, along some onion, garlic and spearmint, then fry it on abundant pig fat until it gets crunchy
-Cut onion as shown in the photo (julienne), mix it with lemon juice, white pepper and chopped parsley. It should have sliced ají limo to create the proper criolla sauce, but I didn’t add it.
-Serve the 3 things toghether inside bread and eat it as a sandwhich.
