We need more background information, friend. The shield says the two parking spots are reserved for those renting or using the Skistua. If you were a user, then you had a right to park there but maybe the person who said no had good reasons. Like I said, we need more information.
No. That’s just a sign post with information about the parking rules in the area.
Skistua = Ski hut.
The sign is indeed saying that parking is reserved for tenants and users of the little hut, not for users of the general area.
They lurk around in Norway to. But you did not meet one.
