  4. Result! Russia only had 40 of these things in service before the war and Ukraine have destroyed most of them. Russia have a bunch of older ones in storage but many will be unserviceable. These Tulips and TOS1s are being rapidly destroyed and cannot be replaced. Slava Ukraine.
