There’s no way this is the correct spelling, but I’m wondering if there’s really a German term that’s pronounced like ‘roil k-noil’ in English. My husband says it’s a silly term for something really furry, akin to a walking rug. Is he bullshitting me?

Since there is a dog on the picture, could it be Fellknäul? Basically a “ball of fur”, but can be used for cute fluffy animals.
