  1. I just said fuck it and got a hotel, 3 pints in now

  2. Fuck me it’s been rough. Sat on a train for an hour and a half with constant announcements of ‘We’re leaving soon’ and service changes and now I’m finally on the move

  3. I’m glad, I rarely go through that. (Yes I’m from London and live in the city) overcrowding in stations like Euston must be annoying.

  4. Went through about 6.30 and honestly got through it okay (other than the station staff sending everyone round the houses to actually get into the concourse). Obviously if you need a line that was fucked you weren’t going anywhere anyway, but trains were leaving on the lines that were running.

Helps I think that it’s the first day back, our office was very very quiet and I think the number of people was way down. Would have been hell on a busy Thursday.

  5. Am now playing where’s Wally, but looking for myself!

  6. On the 2nd day of the year damn. I’d have jumped off the bridge

  7. This is what management want you to enjoy as part of the return to office mandate because it’s more collaborative. 😁

  8. I don’t think Del is going to find Raquel very easily…

  9. I do not miss getting stuck in Waterloo on my commute home.
The only thing I miss about working in the city…is the availability of decent sushi….everything else, but especially the trains ….were a massive headache.

  10. I don’t miss my London commute. I used to go and get dinner at the Ritz when it was like this.

  11. Trees on the line, or wind too strong? What was the cause of delays anyone know?

  12. I said fuck it and took the tube too Morden got me within range of my other half to come get me. Fortunate for me
