Sadly the EU values trade and financial gain far more than human rights and democracy abroad. The EU even hardly gets into action against backsliding on these values within the EU itself.

but Lithuanians themselves are against his hard line policy against China
Nobody in Europe asked Lithuania to drag the EU into a conflict with China at the behest of the USA.
proud to be Lithuanian 🇱🇹🇱🇹🇱🇹❤🇹🇼🇹🇼🇹🇼
Cowardly EU.
« We kicked a hornet’s nest, even though you told me not to. Now you need to come help me fight off the hornets. »
Bots are pretty hard on this eh? With same agenda – no one asked Lithuania, blabla now they ask for help. Fuck you. Proud to support Taiwan and proud to be Lithuanian. Standing up to fcking China and Russia while the rest write strongly written letters.
Fuck you bots!
EU has been living in a winter wonderland for too long. Sooner or later EU will have to deal with CCP. Obviously later is what seems to be happening but unless it is happening soon then you can say goodbye to EU’s confederation or federation or whatever iteration. Also it even starts to question current union.
Sigh… I remember times on reddit when it wasn’t filled with American and British fearmongering.
It’s about time. The EU’s obsession about being seen on a par with the US is just status jealousy. China is a genuine adversary to other countries’ futures, including the EU.

and I want to add that being in conflict with Russia and opening new conflict with China at the same time is just stupid

Lithuanian people [don’t approve](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/lithuanians-overwhelmingly-oppose-vilnius-policy-093000994.html) of their government’s bootlicking of the US, so why should the rest of us?
