  2. So, if I’m reading this right, we would have excess houses available if we had no net immigration?

    It is not practical as a policy but shows an underestimation of our pull factors.

  3. Should do what Australia are doing and limit immigration to help the housing market makes sense

  5. You can add rental data via Lyons date set if of interest to you. Rent is very sensitive to migration.
