Every House Rep that voted to try and use Fake Electors from any state should be invalidated. Insurrectionists cannot be allowed to serve in Government in any capacity.

If you hyped up the crowd, or marched with them and entered the capitol grounds, you were part of the *plan to stall congress and overthrow the government.* You heeded the call to rebel and then followed through. IT doesn’t matter if you weren’t part of the violence, your support that day is enough.
Think of it this way. When an army attacks a target, does every soldier in the army fire a gun? There is aid and support, reserve, and logistics. Many armies win battles without ever firing a shot, and win through maneuver alone.
If you were there, helped people get there, or were any way a part of the crowd… ***you were and still are an insurrectionist.***

This is where it goes from being a shitshow to a full-on panic by the GOP. The Trump DQs didnt get summarily shot down in lower courts and are definitely going to SCOTUS. It’s emboldened people to start going after the other Republicans tied to Jan 6 and the insurrection.
This isn’t going to be the last lawsuit. Expect more and an escalating rhetoric from Republicans. They have nothing left in their toolbox to fight this and it could very well unravel their whole party.

I for one cannot wait until a court in a red state in bad faith decides someone engaged in insurrection and removes them from the ballot so we can finally get a SC ruling on how this should be enforced instead of each state deciding whether a federal crime in another state was committed based on whatever standard the state wants to use.
