You’re going to dedicate a long time to this goal and you will probably fail (I’m not being pessimistic, it is very difficult for you to find a job in Spain while in Spain… imagine from another country).
I recommend you to dedicate that energy and time to work a part time job in your country and save some money… then come over to Spain and do some volunteer work in exchange for a bed and food (there are some websites for that, can’t recall any right now) maybe for a month, and use the saved money to travel around Spain for the other month. Couchsurfing can also be a good way to save on accommodation.
