A good friend of mine who doesn’t speak any English just inherited a property from his grandfather and discovered a new garage with a Skoda 450 from 1963. My friend instantly fell in love with this car and is struggling to find car parts to make it run as smoothly as possible. Now, the problem has arisen. He needs 2 carburetors (Jikov 32 SOPB) and can’t find anything related to this here in Romania. He also tried asking at the Skoda dealership but with no luck. The response he received from Skoda is that they stopped manufacturing these carburetors in the ’90s when Skoda was bought by Volkswagen.
