  1. > Accepting a bribe, ordering an FBI director to fake evidence against a political foe, ordering the military to murder critics, and even selling nuclear secrets to a foreign enemy—these are the particular and peculiar crimes that prosecutors say Trump could get away with if he succeeds in arguing that presidential immunity gives him king-like powers to do as he pleases from the White House.

    Saved you a click-baity click.

  2. What’s the point? If he doesn’t get his @%% in gear the Orange **(Grab them by the pussy no one will care I’m rich)** man will be president and Parden himself. I cant believe this has taken so long. Any other crook would have been in jail years ago.

  3. 35 months after watching him try to overthrow the election, kill his line of succession, and one-up murdering a million US citizens by calling COVID a hoax… we all still stew in the chaos and destruction this man sows.

  4. If Trump had NOT sold nuclear secrets, he would have launched a defamation suit saying “Deranged Jack Smith said I might have sold nuclear secrets – that is defamatory”

But he hasn’t done so, because he most certainly fucking has sold nuclear secrets.

  5. I don’t want it telegraphed, I want it down on fucking paper and filed in court.

  6. 😂 He is definitely telegraphing and it is so tasty and delicious. “Asking the national guard to murder your toughest critics”….

This is just the quiet parts out loud.

  7. Maybe this has to do with my post history, hope he faces charges soon

  8. Wait, hasn’t universal presidential immunity been already ruled on by the appellate court at least three times ? Once in each of the E Jean Carroll suits and once in the capital police lawsuits. He lost both times. How is this any different? What an absurd circus this is.

  9. If biden doesnt win the election is fixed and harris should refuse to sign off.

  10. Jeezzz USA, get your sh*t together. What the #**^ is wrong with you?

    >…

    >Former federal prosecutor Renato Mariotti, who co-hosts the It’s Complicated legal podcast, drew his followers’ attention to Smith’s warning that blanket immunity would spare any president “who instructs the FBI Director to plant incriminating evidence on a political enemy [or] a president who orders the National Guard to murder his most prominent critics.”

Checks and balances. Supposedly one of the fundamentals which distinguishes government power from private power (wealth and CEO type power). Can the president be checked and balanced? Or is the president essentially dictator for his or her term? I know what I was taught in civics, but this is a real world case.

  12. It’s too late. The election is here. Trump won. We’re all fucked.

Our government is too slow and our country is incapable of doing difficult things when it matters. The side continues.

And don’t think Biden will win this election and prevent a disaster because the voters aren’t turning out like they did last time because of news stories like this. Nothing ever gets fucking done no matter how many times we are told it’s right around the corner

Apathy is higher than ever. It’s why so many say fuck it let it burn. It’s why Trump still has support. It’s why Biden voter turn out will be smaller. It’s why America will die.

We did not tend to our garden and we took it for granted. now we hate our garden because it never delivers and it’s full of rotten plants.

  13. It mentions judges “forcing Smith off the case” with no elaboration… What the heck is that about!!!????

  14. Yeah I’ve basically given up all hope on him ever being held accountable, every single person must get out and vote against him

  15. The thing is, I have LONG believed Trump was capable of all these things mentioned in the article. Did he do any of them? Don’t know.

  16. I am glad to see this getting reported on, even if it’s not very prominent yet. I saw the quote from the latest Jack Smith filing and immediately recognized the language. I looked up the language from the previous filing, and was left with no doubt that these are things that Smith has evidence that Trump actually did. It strains credulity past its breaking point to think that Smith and team would simply mention such explosive scenarios in connection to a former president as mere examples.

I guarantee these will come up at some point as concrete deeds for which there is concrete evidence. This should be deeply disturbing to every single adult in this country.

  17. Unless it is among the charges in a indictment returned by a jury, I truly so not care what kind of clickbait shit is being paddled.

  18. I didn’t know that the telegraph was still in use.
How do you receive these telegrams?

  19. “Accepting a bribe, ordering an FBI director to fake evidence against a political foe, ordering the military to murder critics, and even selling nuclear secrets to a foreign enemy—these are the particular and peculiar crimes that prosecutors say Trump could get away with if he succeeds in arguing that presidential immunity gives him king-like powers to do as he pleases from the White House.” Yes that is quite a list and why write it if you’re not signaling something

  20. Unlike Robert Mueller, Jack Smith has the goods. I want to fast-forward to find out what he has.

  21. Hey Jack! Let’s put a little Welly in it all ready! Lol! Otherwise this is going to be the worst kickstarter ever…
