Easier for skin to dry than walk around in soaking wet trousers.
They wear shorts as they’re usually all overweight and the regulation trousers would be uncomfortable.
Makes a change. It was raining a couple of months ago and the postman wouldn’t deliver a parcel because the “house was inaccessible” which is bullshit because I live on a main road. Didnt even get out the van.
