  1. Hate to say, but we wasted 1st half with vinicius starting as soon as he got subbed out. The team became much better with brahim, making good play.
    But still, this is the second match in a row where we get saved by a defender. Not complaining tho.

  2. not our best performance but not the worst either, i’ll take it 🤷🏽 3 points are 3 points at the end of the day/season and that’s all that matters

    rudiger motm well deserved + great performance from him once again, who’s surprised?

  3. It was a really ugly and gritty match. Literal WrestleMania. But a win is a win. On the top of the table. Lesssgooo

  4. 3 points vs a double decker bus by Mallorca. Couple nervy moments where they almost scored. Aside from that it’s nice to see Vini back just wish Arda got some minutes. Luka + Rudi ensuring we are still top of the table for another week. I’ll take it.

  10. Not the prettiest match, but these are the types of matches you need to win La Liga. This is another important result.

    For me, Rüdiger was MOTM. Sensational in defense and strong on offense, coming through with a great header to give Madrid the victory. ¡Hala Madrid!

  11. Vini clearly not at his best, no chances created or any team effort. Should stay on the bench for now to recover and have Brahim start. Dissapointed we did not see a Guler debut, feel like he could have created more chances than Vini or Rodygo today.

Idk whether to chalk it up to chalk it up to vini’s inexperience in his new role or ancelotti’s tactics for the game but we need a better way of attacking low blocks… the lack of a CF / supporting runs from midfield meant the back 5 could just swarm the wings and prevent anything from created there. Fully trust it will come around by crunch time post february though

  21. Guys be happy with the 3 points. The fact that we keep winning despite the very real injury crisis bodes well for team morale. Any other team would be struggling massively but we have grinded out results.

  22. Third 1:0 la liga win this season, all three have come after corners. The added aerial presence of Bellingham, Joselu and Tchouameni starting more regularily cannot be underestimated. Just for that reason alone these players have to play an important part for the rest of the league season. You add Rüdiger to that and it´s probably the best Real Madrid side aerially for quite a while.

  24. honestly i was bothered by vini today, obviously he wasn’t 100 percent fit but still letting himself loose against a side that was going to provoke him and the ref the moment he returned.. he should keep calm and focus on the pitch.. especially in such games that the ref was trying to give cards to every real player.

  30. Mallorca having 0 shots on goal is concerning since they had pretty good form until this game.

  31. It wasn’t the right match for Guler to debut. Hopefully in the copa we get to see him. Easier opponent, less pressure.
