1200 a month for a 3 bed in Ballykeel, seriously? Is there considerable overlap between people who could afford that, and people who would rent in a council estate? Not shaming btw, but surely that’s twice the mortgage for a house in the area.

Even worse, it’s in Ballee not Ballykeel, which is somehow an even worse estate.

Your paying whoever owns it two mortgages off, for this house and the other they have.

I know the boy who used to live there, the landlord was getting 550 off him. Sent him out cause he was wanting to sell I guess he changed his mind or did sell to some delusional eejit.

I currently live in the exact same house build in Randalstown (they basically copied Lanntara) and I pay £550 a month. I don’t think I’d be happy paying more than that to live in Ballee again!
